Saved from under a bridge
We sent her some food (15kg) to start with and want to take care of her vaccines and all needed and find her a home.

Do You Know This Dog? / Il stiti pe acest catel?

A 2-year-old male dog appeared on my parents' street in the next-to-last week of August. For the original post, click here.
He is middle-sized, very friendly and his coat is white with (a reddish) light brown. First I thought he had come to the neighbors' female dog, who was in heat (the male dog was not neutered), but after the neighbors chased him away, he hang around the gate of the yard of my parents' building and when he got a chance to get into the yard, he didn't want to leave any more. Then I thought he was lost (he looked clean, disoriented and was not skinny), but now I am afraid he might be abandoned. If however he is lost, I would like to make his photos widely available - maybe somebody recognizes him. He is very friendly, a bit afraid of people, he wants to be petted and he desperately wishes for a place of his own, which he could guard and from where nobody would chase him away anymore. I named him Sammy II, I found him a temporary foster (in order to be accepted there we had to neuter him and have his dewclaws surgically removed) and meanwhile I'm looking for a new foster for him, for his eventual owner and - if the latter does not appear - then for a new good home.

Pe strada parintilor mei a aparut in penultima saptamana din august un catel mascul in varsta cam de doi ani, de talie mijlocie, alb cu cafeniu deschis-roscat si foarte prietenos. Intai am crezut ca venise la catelusa vecinilor, care era in calduri (cainele era necastrat), insa dupa ce vecinii l-au alungat, catelul s-a aciuiat langa poarta blocului parintilor mei, iar cand a prins-o deschisa, a intrat in curte si nu a mai vrut sa iese. Atunci am crezut ca era pierdut (parea bine ingrijit, dezorientat si nu era slab), acum ma tem sa nu fie abandonat. Daca totusi e pierdut, vreau sa ii difuzez fotografiile, poate il recunoaste cineva. Catelul e foarte bland, un pic sperios, vrea sa fie mangaiat si isi doreste cu disperare un loc al lui, pe care sa il pazeasca si de unde sa nu fie alungat. L-am numit Sammy II, i-am gasit un foster temporar (unde pentru a fi acceptat a trebuit castrat si i s-au inlaturat tot pe cale chirurgicala si pintenii) si intre timp ii caut un nou foster, eventualul stapan care l-a pierdut si daca acesta din urma nu apare - atunci un nou camin bun.
Am pus poze si doua filmulete cu Sammy II la sfarsitul acestui mesaj.
