Frida

Diagnosis: young (no older than 1 year and a half) adult with generalized demodicosis

treatment: 

Pandex - 0.37ml/day, Amitraz bathing 4/1000 once every 3-4 days, Cefalexin - antibiotics, washing with peroxide benzoid shampoo once in 10 days, Calo Pet vitamins.

We will also need Terramycin antibiotic spray for topic administration on some of the more infected wounds.

Costs of treatment for 1 month: 

- Pandex (Ivermectine) 50 RON

- Amitraz 2 RON = 10 ml so per month, considering about 12 baths of 4ml would be up to 50 ml, so10 RON

- Cefalexin - antibiotics 15 RON

- the shampoo will be 60 RON 

- Calo Pet Vitamins 40 RON-will need at last 2 tubes before switching to vitamin A and E

- Terramycin antibiotic spray 25 RON

-----> 200 RON

Remarks:

* Follow up skin scrape and microscopic examination (at least one after a month of treatment) 50RON

**  this will be the treatment and the costs if Frida tolerates Pandex (Ivermectine), if not, we will switch to weekly injections of Doramectine (Dectomax)

*** we might also need some higher quality food I think
