update: This kitten is at Duo-Vet hospitalized, the lady that I will quote is a friend of mine, she found this cat and is asking for a bit of help, so if you can, you can help her, any little bit of help is welcomed. The costs so far have been covered and I am waiting for a bill to post, but from what will need to be paid, my friend is asking if possible for some help...

This kitten was found on 12.02.2012 with the abdominal cavity and genitals very inflamed and swollen, was hit by a car or a "human". It's impossible to see if it's a male or a female. She/he was taken to a vet where is hospitalized and it's in very bad conditions. Has urinary and fecal incontinence and it's suspected to have viral peritonitis after the blood tests results. She/he has terrible pains!! It is also possible to have the urethra or the urinary bladder fissured, the ecography didn't revealed anything. She/he needs to be operated to find out what exactly has and how to help her/him. PLEASE HELP her/him, the person who found the kitten paid the costs until now but she can't do it anymore. If she/he will not be urgentlyVoperated will die or will be need to be euthanized. PLEASE HELP US!
